  • 3 tbsp Zagoda Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 2 heads of Romaine Lettuce
  • 4 medium Tomatoes
  • 1 Red Onion, thinly sliced
  • ½ medium Cucumber
  • 8oz Feta Cheese, cubed or crumbled
  • 3 tbsp fresh Lemon Juice
  • Fresh Parsley
  • Fresh Mint
  • Fresh or dried Thyme (optional)
  • Black Olives (optional)
  • Salt
  • Black Pepper
