Shipping policy

• In order to get free economy shipping, $50.00 or more must be spent per recipient/address destination after any discount codes are applied.

• We do our best to ship the orders within the same day. Orders placed after 2:00pm will be shipped the next day. If your order is not shipped within 48 hours, please contact us.

• Please allow at least 24 business hours for order processing.

• Once the order is processed and the shipping confirmation is sent, we will be unable to make any changes to your order.

• We primarily use USPS and UPS as our preferred shipping method.

• Zagoda Olive Oil LLC is not responsible for processing and/or shipping delays that may occur due to being provided a P.O. Box address or an incorrect/incomplete address.

• After your order is processed, a confirmation email will be sent to the email address provided. Please ensure the email is correctly entered, as this cannot be changed once the order is placed. The tracking information will be provided immediately. Please allow some time for the carrier to update the estimated delivery time.

• If the tracking information states an order was delivered but you think you have not received it, we will NOT take responsibility and reship that order. In that case, any replacements would have to be at your expense.
