Origin and Harvest
Single-origin Arbequina olives from our family grove in Manisa, Türkiye.

Hand harvested early in the season while the fruit is still firm and green.
Pressed the same day, below 80°F, to protect flavor and nutrients.
Quality
Polyphenols around 570 mg/kg, which is considered very high.
Acidity below 0.3%, well under the 0.8% limit for extra virgin.
No blends, no filler oil.
How to use it
Salads, beans, eggs, warm vegetables, anything right out of the pan instead of sauce.
Drizzle in a bowl and taste it with bread. No vinegar needed.
