Origin and Harvest
Single-origin Arbequina olives from our family grove in Manisa, Türkiye.
Hand harvested early in the season while the fruit is still firm and green.
Pressed the same day, below 80°F, to protect flavor and nutrients.
Quality
Polyphenols around 570 mg/kg, which is considered very high.
Acidity below 0.3 percent, well under the 0.8 percent limit for extra virgin.
