  7. Two cups of chicken soup
  8. Two garlic cloves (cut and chopped)
  9. One lemon juice and peel

  1. Preheat your oven at 175 degree celsius before baking. It will distribute the heat evenly in the oven and your turkey will be cooked properly.
  2. Add extra virgin olive oil, garlic, lemon juice, lemon peel, rosemary, thyme, salt and pepper in a mixing bowl and mix them well. Make sure that every ingredient is mixed well.
  3. Now slowly and carefully separate the turkey skin from its meat and rub the above mixture under the skin and at the top of the skin. Make sure that your turkey is marinated well.
  4. Add salt and pepper in one tablespoon of olive oil and mix it. Apply this mixture on your turkey skin to get a nice and golden brown skin.
  5. Place your turkey in the baking pan and add chicken soup at the bottom of your pan to keep your turkey moist and soft. Now place your pan in the oven and let it bake for 1-2 hours.
  6. Take a thermometer and check the internal temperature of the meat. The temperature should be 74 degree celsius.
  7. Now remove your baking pan from the oven and let it cool down for 10-15 minutes
